摘要
为制备共混型低温刮涂非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,研究了沥青及改性剂、橡胶、软化剂、填料、树脂等对其性能的影响,并通过黏度论证其施工性,所得的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料可在60~90℃实现刮涂,在提高施工效率的同时避免了环境污染,且具有优异的防水效果。
For the preparation of blended low temperature scraping applied non-solidified rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating, the article studies the influences of asphalt, modifier, rubber, softener, filler, resin et cetera on the performance of the coating. It also proves the application property through viscosity that the prepared non-solidified rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating can be applied by blade at the temperature of 60~90 ℃. The application efficiency is improved without polluting the environment, and the waterproofing effect is excellent.
