摘要
针对现有DNA教具缺陷,分析DNA螺旋结构特征,提出一种DNA双螺旋结构动态演示仪。运用3D打印技术制作形状特殊的零部件,引入特殊的尼龙线配合球头副辅助DNA运动,最终制作出DNA双螺旋结构动态演示仪。经实际授课使用,证明该演示仪能够辅助提高教学效果。
Considering the shortages for current DNA reaching aids, and analyzing characters of DNA double helix structure, the paper proposes a DNA double helix demonstrative instrument. By using the 3 D printing technology to make details with special shape, and introducing the nylon line and ball-end pair to facilitate DNA motion, we produce a DNA double helix dynamic demonstrative instrument. The experiments results show that the demonstrative instrument can improve teaching effect.
