摘要
针对目前选票自动统计设备价格高昂,版面设计复杂,不能灵活推广应用等问题,基于图像处理研发了一套选票自动快速统计系统。系统硬件采用快速扫描仪和计算机,软件平台为MATLAB。通过图像处理的方法对选票图像进行图像预处理、方向定位、判定识别选票选项等,再对选项结果进行统计以及无效选票剔除,最终实现选票结果的自动、快速、准确统计,并清楚展示统计结果。整个过程准确、高效,符合选票统计所要求的公平性和公正性,并大大精简选举工作中的参与人员,缩短计票环节耗时,保障统计结果的准确性。系统已用于某单位现场选举结果统计,结果高效且准确。
        Due to the high price, complex layout and design and lack of flexible promotion and application, an automatic and rapid ballots counting system is developed based on image processing. Fast scanner and computer are as the system hardware and MATLAB is the main software. Image preprocessing, orientation positioning, determination and identification of ballot options, etc. are carried out through image processing technology, and then the invalid ballot is eliminated from statistical options, and the automatic, fast and accurate statistics of ballot is finally realized, and the results are clearly displayed. The whole process is accurate and efficient, which is in line with the fairness and justice of the requirement of the poll statistics,and greatly simplifies the process of election work, shortens the time of counting and ensures the accuracy of the statistical results. The system has been used in the field election statistics of a unit and the results are efficient and accurate.
