冷轧退火工艺对中碳钢组织性能的影响

摘要
运用常规冷轧方法对2.0 mm厚的中碳钢进行轧制,并利用模拟机试验机对冷轧试样进行罩式模拟退火试验,再分别采用显微镜、硬度计及电子万能试验机,进一步分析试验用碳钢的组织及力学性能变化。结果表明:退火后试样的铁素体内析出了大量的渗碳体,晶粒尺寸较均匀;随着退火均热时间的延长,显微组织尺寸稍有增加,显微硬度及抗拉强度逐渐下降。在压下量80%、退火温度700℃、保温15 min时,试验用碳钢的硬度值为216 HB,最大抗拉强度550 MPa,具有较好地强韧性组合。
        Conventional cold rolling was used to roll medium carbon steel with 2.0 mm thickness. Simulator test machine was applied to simulate annealing of cold rolled samples. Microscope, hardness tester and electronic universal test machine were used to further analyze the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of carbon steel for test. The results show that a large number of cementite are precipitated from ferrite after annealing, and the grain size is uniform. With the prolongation of annealing soaking time, the microstructures size increases slightly, while the micro-hardness and tensile strength decrease gradually. The hardness value of carbon steel is 216 HB and the maximum tensile strength is 550 MPa with 80% reduction, 700 ℃ annealing temperature and 15 min holding time, which has a good combination of strength and toughness.
