研讨干化学分析法与尿沉渣分析仪联合检测提高尿中血细胞的检出率

摘要
目的对干化分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合检测尿液中血细胞的检出情况进行探讨分析,给临床尿检提供参考。方法根据我院接收的460例住院患者尿液样本来进行研究分析,全部样本均是采集患者的中段尿,在实验室条件下进行尿液干化学分析和尿沉渣分析,比较患者尿液中红、白细胞检测情况。结果全部患者中,有32.39%的病例尿沉渣显示RBC阳性,灵敏度为78.4%,特异性为83.8%;使用尿液分析仪检测,有63.48%尿液样本显示RBC阳性,灵敏度为63.5%,特异性为71.9%;尿沉渣分析显示,19.57%样本WBC阳性率,灵敏度为79.1%,特异性为84.5%;尿液分析仪的结果中阳性率为26.74%,灵敏度为64.8%,特异性为70.8%;联合检测灵敏度能够达到93.6%,特异性能够达到80.7%。结论尿干化学分析和尿沉渣分析联合使用可以让患者的临床误诊几率降低,提升检查的准确度。
        Objective To analyze the prevalence of dry chemistry analyzer and urine sediment analyzer combined detection of urine blood cells, to provide reference for clinical urine test. Methods According to our hospital received 460 cases of hospitalized patients with urine samples to study and analysis, all samples were collected with urine analysis, urine dry chemical analysis of urinary sediment and under laboratory conditions were compared in the urine of red and white blood cells. Results All the patients, 32.39% cases of urinary sediment showed RBC positive, the sensitivity was 78.4%, specificity was 83.8%; the use of urine analyzer, 63.48% urine samples showed RBC positive, the sensitivity was 63.5%, specificity was 71.9%; urine sediment analysis showed that the positive rate of the WBC 19.57%, the sensitivity is 79.1%, specificity is 84.5%, the results of urine analyzer respectively, the positive rate was 26.74%, the sensitivity was 64.8%, specificity was 70.8%; the combined detection sensitivity can reach 93.6%, specificity can reach 80.7%. Conclusion Combined use of urine dry chemistry analysis and urine sediment analysis can reduce the misdiagnosis rate and improve the accuracy of the examination.
