摘要
目的:探讨分析影响UF1000i全自动尿沉渣有形成分分析仪测定结果的各种因素。方法:回顾性研究2016年2-11月UF1000i全自动尿沉渣有形成分分析仪误判病例,分析导致假阳性和假阴性的主因,及时地实施相应措施。结果:选择出2789例经过UF1000i分析仪和显微镜联合检测的样本里,假阳性比例达97.45%,假阴性比例才2.55%。在2718例假阳性的结果里,管型、小圆上皮细胞、类酵母菌和红细胞所占比例分别为37.42%、29.84%、14.79%和12.66%。结论:UF1000i全自动尿沉渣有形成分分析仪和显微镜镜检联合使用,可以互相取长补短,减少UF1000i的假阳性率和假阴性率。提高了结果的准确性和快捷度,为临床提供更加可靠的诊断依据。
        Objective:To investigate the influence factors on the test results of UF1000 i urine sedimentary analyzer.Method:The false positive and false negative results with UF1000 i analyzer from February 2016 to November 2016 were retrospectively studied,the main causes of false positives and false negatives were analyzed,the corresponding measures were timely applied.Result:A total of 2789 urine samples tested by UF1000 i urine sedimentary analyzer and microscopy were selected,the totally false positive rate was 97.45%,and the false negative rate was 2.55%.In 2718 false positive results,the false positive rate of cast,small round cells,yeast like fungus and erythrocyte were 37.42%,29.84%,14.79% and 12.66% separately.Conclusion:Combined use of UF1000 i urine sedimentary analyzer and microscopy can replenish mutually,andreduce false-positive and false-negative results.It also raises the veracity and accuracy,and offers the most credible diagnostic gist for clinic.
