摘要
以聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)为基体,竹粉(BF)、竹炭(BC)及CaCO_3为填料,经注塑成型法分别制备了PBS/BF,PBS/BC,PBS/CaCO_3复合材料,对比分析填料种类及用量对复合材料弯曲性能与冲击性能的影响。结果表明,随填料含量的增加,PBS/BF复合材料的弯曲强度逐渐提高,冲击强度先提高后降低;PBS/BC及PBS/CaCO_3复合材料的弯曲强度与冲击强度均呈先提高后降低的趋势。为获得较好综合力学性能的复合材料,建议填料的较佳用量为10%~30%。综合来看,添加BC改性综合效果最好,PBS熔体与BC间可形成较深的界面扩散和机械互锁,PBS复合材料得以有效地增强增韧。
        With poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) as the matrix,bamboo fiber(BF),bamboo charcoal(BC) and CaCO_3 as fillers,PBS/BF,PBS/BC,and PBS/CaCO_3 composites were prepared by injection molding. The effects of filler kind and content on the bending and impact properties of the composites were analyzed and compared. The results indicated that with the increase of filler content,the bending strength of PBS/BF composites increases gradually,and the impact strength increases first and then decreases. The bending strength and impact strength of PBS/BC and PBS/CaCO_3 composites both show a trend of increase first and then decrease. In order to obtain better comprehensive mechanical properties,it is recommended that the optimum amount of filler will be 10%–30%. The combined effect of adding BC is the best,where a deep interfacial diffusion and mechanical interlocking can be formed between PBS melt and BC,and PBS composite can effectively enhanced and toughened.
