摘要
随着海洋油气开发向深海转移,新型绷紧式系泊系统凭借其在深水应用中表现出的诸多优越性而倍受关注。文中对聚酯纤维系缆的应力应变关系进行了考查,基于弹性模量的经验公式,推导出无量纲的动刚度计算公式,采用误差控制的迭代求值方式求解单根系缆动刚度。该理论计算方法较之于有限元数值计算方法更简洁快速。选取了一座工作水深为1 500 m的新型单柱式(Spar)平台,计算系泊系统单根系缆的动刚度和张力,并与有限元计算结果进行对比,二者非常吻合。
        As the exploitation of oil and gas resources gradually moves into deep water, close attention is paid to the taut-wire mooring system due to its enormous advantages in deep water application. This paper investigates the stress-strain relationship of the polyester fiber cable, and deduces a dimensionless formula to calculate the dynamic stiffness based on the empirical formula of the dynamic elastic modulus. The dynamic stiffness of the single fiber cable is calculated by an iterative procedure controlled by tolerable error. This theoretical calculation method is simpler and more efficient than the finite element method. Take a Spar platform operated in 1 500 meters water depth as an example, the dynamic stiffness and tension of a single fiber cable in the mooring system are calculated, which are in good agreement with the results from the finite element method.
