摘要
纺丝液脱单、脱泡效果的好坏直接决定了后期纺丝、干燥、牵伸等工艺过程是否能够顺利进行。介绍了一种适用于聚丙烯腈纺丝液脱单、脱泡的处理方法,尤其适用于真空状态下连续动态脱单、脱泡。该方法原理简明,设备先进,操作方便,脱单、脱泡强度高;在密闭条件下,可以自控进行连续性生产;与聚丙烯腈原丝生产线相配套,脱单、脱泡处理效果显著。经处理,实现残余单体质量分数在0.1%以下,溶剂损失量不高于5%,气泡明显减少。
The effect of PAN spinning solution directly determines whether the solidification, drying anddrafting process can be carried out smoothly. A kind of processing method suitable for polyacrylonitrile solu-tion of de-monomer and de-bubble was introduced, especially suitable for vacuum, continuous, dynamicde-monomer and de-bubble. The method is simple, advanced, convenient and powerful. Under closed con-ditions, the continuous production can be controlled. The processing effect is significant with the productionline of polyacrylonitrile. After treatment, the content of residual monomer is lower than 0.1%, the solventloss is no more than 5%, the air bubble is obviously reduced.
