习近平法治思想视域下党员领导干部法治能力的提升

摘要
习近平法治思想作为其新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,涵盖了建设社会主义法治国家的具体要求,并指出党的领导是社会主义法治最根本的保证。政党的法治化推进过程中需要依靠广大党员领导干部,其法治思维和法治能力的提升是党的法治化建设的关键。当前各级机关、企事业单位的党员领导干部要深入学习领会习近平法治思想的内容,认真学习法律、了解法律、运用法律,遵守党规党纪,切实做到依法办事。
Xi Jinping's rule of law thought as an important part of his new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, covering the specific requirements of building a socialist country ruled by law,and pointed out that Party leadership is the most fundamental guarantee of socialist rule of law. In the process of advancing the rule of law of a political Party, we need to rely on the leading cadres of Party members. The key to the construction of the rule of law of the Party is to enhance the thinking and ability of the Party. At present, the leading cadres of Party members in government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels should study and comprehend the contents of Xi Jinping's thought of the rule of law, earnestly study the law, understand the law, apply the law,abide by the Party's rules and regulations, and do things according to law.
