摘要
从OBE理念的四个实现步骤入手,贯彻"反向设计",建立培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系三者之间的逻辑关系,探索将OBE理念的核心要素有机融合到本科人才培养方案及教学大纲的制定中,让本科学生在知识、能力和素养三个维度实现更好的学习成果,从而落实高素质应用型人才的培养目标,推动地方高校应用型本科人才培养质量的整体提升。
From the four realization steps of the OBE concept, the paper will implement the "reverse direction" to set up a logic relation among the cultivation objective, the graduate requirement and the curriculum system, and then integrate the key elements of OBE concept into the planning of cultivation schemes and the teaching syllabus for undergraduate talents. In this way, it will strive to help undergraduates realize better effect in knowledge, capability and quality, so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality applied talents, and the overall improvement of applied undergraduate talents cultivation in colleges.
