国际科技交流与合作管理研究

摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,世界各地的科技一体化发展趋势也越来越明显,促进了全球范围内的资源、资本以及人才的大范围流动。目前,科技实力已经成为衡量一个国家综合实力的重要指标之一,加强各国的科技合作交流是促进科技更好更快发展的关键手段。加强对外科技交流与合作的管理工作对更好地把握机遇,迎接挑战有重要意义,同时有利于开展多渠道、多方位的国际科技交流与合作活动,确保能够长期稳定地实现"走出去"的发展战略。本文介绍了国际科技交流合作管理的基本内容与特点,分析了国际科技交流与合作的管理办法,并针对国际科技交流与合作管理的发展趋势与相关工作拓展提出了建议。
With the development of economic globalization, the development trend of science and technology integration around the world is more and more obvious, which promotes the large-scale flow of resources, capital and talents around the world.At present, scientific and technological strength has become an important indicator of a country's comprehensive strength, and strengthening scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges among countries is a key means to promote better and faster development of science and technology.Strengthening the management of scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries is of great significance to better grasp opportunities and meet challenges. Meanwhile, it is conducive to carrying out international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation in multiple channels and in multiple directions and ensuring the long-term and stable realization of the "go to global" development strategy.This paper introduced the basic content and characteristics of international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation management, analyzed the management methods of international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation, and put forward suggestions on the development trend of international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation management and related work expansion.
