膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的护理配合

摘要
目的分析膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的手术护理配合。方法收集我院2015年1月—2016年12月的110例膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者,在手术过程中给予密切的护理配合,并探讨手术护理配合体会。结果所有患者手术均获成功,患者满意度为95.45%,出院后对患者进行6个月随访,大部分患者均恢复良好,未发生并发症。结论膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者手术护理配合过程中,必须严格遵守各项规定、做好术前的准备、术中和医师进行密切的配合、严格执行无菌操作等,才能取得良好的效果。
Objective To analyze the surgical nursing coordination of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy. Methods 110 patients underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction through arthroscopic endoscopy from January 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. Careful care was performed during the procedure and the operation was discussed. Results All patients were successfully operated, the patient satisfaction was 95.45%, and the patients were followed up for 6 months after discharge. Most patients recovered well and no complications occurred. Conclusion The procedure of knee arthroplasty for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction should be strictly followed, and the preparation of the patients before surgery and the physician should be closely followed, and the sterile operation should be strictly carried out, thus to achieve good effect.
