手术室应急外来骨科器械的规范化管理措施及效果分析

摘要
目的探讨手术室应急外来骨科器械的规范化管理措施及效果。方法从本院选取2016年12月～2017年12月使用的100例手术室应急外来骨科器械作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有骨科器械分为两组,每组各50例,对照组骨科器械采用常规方法进行消毒处理,观察组骨科器械采用规范化管理措施进行消毒处理,对比分析两组器械清洗质量、灭菌质量以及医师对器械的满意程度。结果观察组顾客器械应用规范化管理措施进行消毒处理后,观察组骨科器械清洗质量、灭菌质量以及医师对器械的满意程度均明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室应急外来骨科器械应用规范化管理措施进行处理后,可提高骨科器械的清洗质量、灭菌质量以及医师对骨科器械的满意程度,使得骨科器械能够安全适应,值得应用。
Objective To explore the standardized management measures and effects of emergency external orthopedic devices in the operating room. Methods From the hospital, 100 cases of emergency external orthopaedic equipment used in the operation room from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. All orthopedic instruments were divided into two groups by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The orthopaedic instruments of the control group were disinfected by conventional methods. The orthopaedic instruments of the observation group were treated with standardized management measures for disinfection treatment. The quality of the two groups of instruments, the quality of sterilization and the satisfaction of the physicians with the instruments were compared and analyzed. Results After the disinfection treatment was carried out in the observation group, the quality of the cleaning equipment, the quality of sterilization and the satisfaction degree of the doctors were significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the standardized management measures for the application of emergency external orthopedic instruments in the operating room can improve the cleaning quality, sterilization quality and the satisfaction of the physicians on the orthopedic instruments, the orthopedic instruments can be safely adapted and worthy of application.
