摘要
针对纯氧曝气活性污泥法处理生活垃圾渗滤液中的技术可行性和经济合理性研究,在光大环保常州能源渗滤液处理站进行为期3个月的中试研究。研究表明,在原水COD维持在10 000 mg/L左右、原水NH_4~+-N质量浓度维持在2 000 mg/L,纯氧曝气对于COD的去除率达82%以上,对于NH_4~+-N的去除率达98%以上,处理效果相当甚至高于空气曝气法,具有可行性。探索纯氧曝气工艺,水体p H宜大于7.1,C/N宜大于3.5。分析整个中试运行情况,纯氧曝气投资成本较空气曝气降低43%,运行成本相当,具备经济合理性。
        Aimed at study on the technical feasibility and economic rationality of domestic landfill leachate treatment by pure oxygen aeration activated sludge process,pilot-scale experiment was carried out for 3 month in certain leachate treatment station.The results showed that,COD and NH_4~+-N removal rate was above 82%and 98%by pure oxygen aeration,respectively,when COD and NH_4~+-N concentration of influent maintained 10 000 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L,respectively.The treatment effect of pure oxygen aeration was equal to or higher than air aeration method,it was feasible.Pure oxygen aeration process was explored,the p H of water and C/N should be higher than 7.1 and 3.5,respectively.Analysis of the whole pilot-scale operation,pure oxygen aeration investment costs was reduced by 43%compared to the air aeration,and running costs was the same,it had economic rationality.
