摘要
目的对比自来水与纯水2种清洗方法对高压灭菌正畸器械钳锈蚀的影响。方法取2种品牌的末端切断钳、细丝钳、方丝钳各10把,随机分为A组和B组。A组用自来水清洗后高压灭菌,B组自来水清洗后用纯水漂洗后再高压灭菌。比较2种方法器械钳锈蚀的情况。结果 B组器械钳的锈蚀率低于A组。结论纯水漂洗能减轻高压灭菌对正畸器械钳锈蚀的影响。
Objectives To compare the effect of two washing procedures on corrosion of orthodontic instruments.Methods Ten orthodontic instruments of two brands respectively were randomly divided into group A and B.For group A,all instruments were washed with tap-water and then sterilized in the autoclave,while for group B,before sterilization,all instruments were washed with tap-water and then rinsed with pure water.Corrosion of the instruments was recorded.Results No statistic difference was found in corrosion of two bands of instruments with the same washing procedure.Moreover,pure water treated instruments had less corrosion than tap-water treated instruments.Conclusions Additional pure water rinsing can reduce corrosion of orthodontic instruments caused by autoclaving sterilization.
