摘要
对ASME核电用钢板进行直射法和斜射法超声检测对比分析,找出了两者之间的一致性与差异性,总结出产生差异的原因主要是由于两种检测方法的灵敏度差异以及被检缺陷的大小、位置、取向和形状等因素。考虑到核电用钢的特殊性,要求同时采用斜射法与直射法对钢板进行检测,防止缺陷漏检,严把出厂产品质量关。
        The straight beam and the angle beam were used for ultrasonic detection on ASME nuclear power steel plate, the consistency and difference of them were compared and analyzed. It has been proved that the difference of the sensitivity between two methods and the size, location, orientation, shape of the defects were the main cause of difference. Considering the particularity of nuclear steel, in order to prevent the defects from being missed and strictly control the quality of the products, it is required to adopt angle beam and straight beam for ultrasonic detection at the same time.
