球压试验压痕尺寸准确快速测量方法探究

摘要
球压试验中传统的压痕测量方法由于难以准确区分压痕的真实边界,很容易导致测量结果出现较大偏差。本文介绍了一种准确、快速测量压痕尺寸的方法,先在二次元光学显微镜下测量出压痕的外直径和内直径,然后将外圈和内圈的圆环三等份,并以靠近外圈的三分之一处的圆直径作为最终压痕的尺寸。对比切割法结果,发现这种改进的二次元法准确、快速、简单。
        In the traditional indentation method of ball pressure test, it is so difficult to accurately distinguish the real boundary of indentation, that could easily leads to the results appear large deviation. This paper introduced a kind of accurate and quick measurement of indentation size. First, using two dimension optical microscope measure the outer diameter and inner diameter of the indentation, and then, divide the ring between the outer diameter and inner diameter into thirds. The ring diameter near the one third of the outer diameter was regarded as the final size of the indentation. By contrast to cutting method results, it is found that this improvement two dimension method is accurate, quick and easy.
