数据驱动的医疗机构处方点评模式实践

摘要
基于医院信息系统数据及药事管理要求应用信息技术建立"医疗机构药事管理分析与决策系统"。应用该系统,实践了全处方适时动态监控、周总结问题及整改反馈、月专家评审、季度汇总讲评并动态更新点评模型的四步走数据驱动的处方点评模式。通过该模式的实践与应用,医院药事管理的相关数据得到明显改善,药占比、抗菌药物的相关指标均达标。数据驱动的处方点评模式是适应当今大数据时代,高效快捷的处方质量管理模式。
Based on the data of hospital information system and the requirement of pharmacy management,the analysis and decision-making system of pharmacy management in medical institutions were established. Adopting this system,a four-step data-driven prescription review model was put into practice,which included timely dynamic monitoring of prescriptions,weekly summary of problems and rectification feedback,quarterly summary comment and dynalic update comment model. Through the practice and application of this model,the hospital pharmacy management data were significantly improved,and the drug proportion,antibiotics related indicators were up to the standard. The data-driven prescription evaluation model is an efficient prescription quality management model adapted to the big data age.
