摘要
本文总结了DNA纳米自组装技术在近20年来的研究,归纳了DNA纳米结构的优势及三种组装技术的原理和发展历程。阐述该技术在纳米材料制造、药物靶向递送、DNA计算等方面的应用。最后,探讨了DNA纳米技术的发展前景,并对其相关应用进行展望。
        This paper summarized the research of DNA nano-assembly technology in recent 20 years, and summarized the advantages of DNA nano-structure and the principle and development process of three kinds of assembly technology. And then it elaborated the application of this technology in nano-material manufacturing, drug targeted delivery, DNA calculation. Finally, the paper discussed the development prospect of DNA nanotechnology and prospected its related applications.
