摘要
研究阻燃多层织物的服用性能。以阻燃腈纶棉混纺纱为原料,以斜纹、方平和缎纹组织为基础,设计试织了双层接结织物和三层接结织物。测试分析了各织物的耐磨性、强伸性、透气量、热传导性、阻燃性等。结果表明:织物层数相同的条件下,双层斜纹织物的综合性能最好;织物组织相同的条件下,三层斜纹织物的综合性能优于双层斜纹织物。认为:接结织物的层数和织物中纱线的交织次数对织物强伸性、舒适性和阻燃性均有影响。
        Wearing property of flame retardant multilayer fabric were researched.Based on the twill, hopsack weave and satin weave, double-layer binding fabric and three-layer binding fabric were designed and wove with raw material of flame retardant acrylic cotton blended yarn.Abrasion resistance,tenacity elongation,air permeability,thermal conductivity and flame retardance of each fabric were tested and analyzed.The results showed that under the condition of the same fabric layer,comprehensive property of the double-layer twill fabric was the best.Under the same fabric structure,comprehensive property of the three-layer twill fabric was better than that of the double-layer twill fabric.It is considered that layers and interlacing times of yarns in the fabric have an effect on tenacity elongation,comfortability and flame retardance of the fabric.
