摘要
以松木和枇杷为模板,炭化后浸渍聚碳硅烷(PCS溶液),在低温下烧结制备出木材陶瓷,并分析了PCS浓度对其烧结制品重量、线收缩率、体积密度和微观形貌的影响。结果表明采用松木和枇杷为模板,浸渍PCS有机溶液,能够在1000℃低温下烧结出具有原始生物形貌的木材陶瓷。
        Using pine and loquat as templates,after carbonization and impregnation with polycarbosilane(PCS solution),wood ceramics was obtained by low temperature sintering.We analyzed the effects of PCS concentration on the weight,linear shrinkage,bulk density and microscopic morphology of the sintered products.The results showed that,with pine and loquat astemplates,impregnation with PCS solution,wood ceramics with original biological morphology of the templates could besintered at 1000℃.
