摘要
针对永磁同步电机前馈弱磁控制中存在的计算复杂、稳定性差和对系统参数敏感等问题,设计一种改进弱磁结构,将前馈控制与反馈控制相结合,提高系统控制性能。前馈控制器对电机运行状态进行分析,根据电机状态计算出最优控制电流路径,并通过电压反馈对前馈控制器中电压约束椭圆的极限参数进行微调,使直流母线电压波动时电机的输出电流和转矩更稳定。通过在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立控制系统,验证了方案的有效性和可行性。
        In order to solve the problem in the feedforward flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motorsuch as complex calculation, poor stability andbeing sensitive to the parameters of the system, an improved flux-weakening structure which combines feedforward and feedback was proposed to make a better control performance. The feedforward controller analysed the running state of the motor and calculated the best control current trajectory. The voltage feedback regulator tunes the limited parameter of the voltage limited ellipse in the feedforward controller, which makes the output current and torque of PMSM more stable during the fluctuation of the direct current bus voltage. The simulation of the PMSM control system was set up in the Matlab/Simulink environment to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
