摘要

论文综合分析了地名管理的现状,对地名信息管理平台的建设方向进行研究,提出了一套基于GIS技术和移动互联网技术的地名信管管理平台及标准体系。
        This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the place name management, studies the construction direction of place name information management platform and puts forward a set of place name information management platform and standard system based on GIS technology and mobile Internet technology.
