摘要
针对三相永磁同步电机的单相发生故障的运行问题,采用无差拍直接转矩控制,提出了其在单相故障运行时的无差拍直接转矩容错控制。电机某相突发故障时,该控制策略只需进行简单的硬件重构、补偿电阻投入和变换转矩切换,就可以采用与故障前相同的控制结构、定子磁链和电流观测器,独立地调节电磁转矩和定子磁链,保证电机正常运行,提高系统的安全可靠性和容错性。仿真结果表明,所提出的无差拍直接转矩容错能使三相永磁同步电机在单相故障运行时获得满意的运行性能。
        In order to keep three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (TP-PMSM) operating and meeting the satisfactory performance while a sudden failure happens on single phase,a strategy of fault-tolerant control based on deadbeat direct torque control (DB-DTFTC) is presented. When the motor has a phase of sudden failure,the control strategy only needs to carry out simple hardware reconstruction,compensating resistance input and switching torque. Then the same control structure, stator flux and current observer can be used to independently adjust the electromagnetic torque and stator flux to ensure the normal operation of the motor,and improve the safety and reliability of the system and fault tolerance. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy (DB-DTFTC) can make the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor achieve satisfactory performance in the case of single-phase fault.
