摘要
研究了智能变电站保护等装置过程层组网的一种新模式——基于HSR(High-availability SeamlessRedundancy)的过程组网,阐述了智能站过程层间隔内设备支持HSR技术,组成HSR环网的技术方案,以及跨间隔的设备通过使用HSR交换机实现数据交互的方案。针对影响智能变电站继电保护跨间隔数据同步的问题,提出了一种基于HSR的智能变电站数据延时可测方法,间隔内SV报文通过一定的延时补偿,摆脱对时钟的依赖。最后对基于HSR的过程层组网方案的技术优势及未来的适应性进行了分析,方案适应智能变电站过程层多元化的通信要求。
        A new mode of process network architecture for intelligent substation protection is considered,network based on HSR(High-availability Seamless Redundancy).HSR is required for all devices inside a bay.And devices in a bay are all in a HSR loop network.Information is shared by HSR switch between bays.To the problem of the data synchronization in different space for relay protection in intelligent substation,a method of data delay measurement based on HSR for intelligent substation is proposed.The SV message is compensated by certain delay to get rid of the dependence on the clock.Finally,the technical advantages and future adaptability of the process network scheme based on HSR are analyzed,which adapts to the multiplex communication requirement in intelligent substation.
