摘要
为了更好地分析MCB操作机构的运动轨迹,绘制了机构的运动简图,并计算在不同状态下的自由度。为了了解操作机构在某些稳定状态位置的受力情况,采用图解法对操作机构进行受力分析,并初步计算MCB的触头终压力、脱扣分闸扭矩、手柄合闸操作力矩、锁扣锁止力及脱扣力。这为MCB的操作机构的设计分析提供了一种有效的方法。
In order to better analyze the trajectory of the operating mechanism of miniature circuit breaker(MCB),the motion diagrams of the mechanism are drawn and the degrees of freedom under different states are calculated.In order to understand the force situation of the operating mechanism in some stable positions,the graphic method is used to analyze the force of the operating mechanism,and the contact final pressure of MCB and the release torque,the operating torque of the handle closing,the locking force and the release force are preliminarily calculated.It provides an effective method for the design and analysis of the MCB mechanism.
