摘要
室内通过选用两种新型聚合物材料构建了一套抗高温无固相甲酸盐钻井液体系,室内研究表明该钻井液体系抗温性能稳定、抑制性好、抗污染能力强。该钻井液体系在渤中19-6区块井的应用效果较好,其流变性能满足钻进需求,携岩效果好,井壁稳定,起下钻过程中未出现遇阻、遇卡等问题,特别是对环境、储层保护效果好。现场测试产量良好,油气产量均达到预期水平。
The indoor by choosing two kinds of new polymer materials to build a set of resistance to high temperature solid free formate drilling fluid system and indoor research show that the drilling fluid system stable temperature-resisting property, good inhibitory, strong ability to resist pollution. The drilling fluid system in Bohai 19-6 block well application effect is good.Its rheological property can satisfy the need of drilling, and carrying rock effect is good, borehole wall stability.In the process of the trip is not blocked, sticking and other problems, particularly for the environment, reservoir protection effect is good. Field test yield is good, the oil and gas production are the desired level.
