摘要
介绍一种自适应起飞脱落的支撑式插拔连接器系统,由可供气带载分离的气路插拔组合连接器及可自适应运动位置调整的支撑装置组成。该插拔连接器系统具有脱落时与箭上接口无机械解锁动作,脱落可靠性高等特点。研究表明:其平衡式接头能够降低连接器对接脱落时的供气分离力,支撑装置可实现连接器对接及脱落前后的上下、水平随动和滚转及一定角度的俯仰调整功能。
The system includes the air-feed combined connector separated by pressure air along with the supporting equipment for adjusting self-adaptively. The feed connector system is of the characteristics of none mechanical unlocking action between the connector and the rocket during taking off along with high reliability. The results show that the balanced connector can reduce the separation force for take-off. The supporting equipment can realize the function of the connector moving and rolling in up, down and horizon direction. In addition the action of adjusting for certain angle can also be fulfilled during connecting and taking off.
