摘要
组织冗余对于企业内部决策有着重要的意义。本文针对于文化产业,提出了一个组织冗余与企业绩效、企业创新绩效的两阶段非线性关系模型,并对中国文化产业159个上市公司2008-2011年的数据进行了实证分析,结果表明:组织冗余与企业绩效之间存在两阶段非线性关系,组织冗余在第一阶段对企业绩效的影响是负向的,在第二阶段对企业绩效的影响是正向的;然而在这段期间内,组织冗余与企业创新绩效之间没有显著的相关关系。
        The organization redundancy is of great importance to the enterprise decision-making. This paper proposes a two-stage non-linear relationship model between organization redundancy and the enterprise performance and deals with the empirical analysis through the samples of the 159 listed culture corporations' data from 2008 to 2011. The implication of the paper is that organizational redundancy and enterprise performance is in line with two stage nonlinear relationship,the first stage of organizing redundancy has a negative effect on the enterprise performance,while a positive effect in the second stages. There is no significant organization redundancy and the enterprise innovation performance.
