现代社会组织权力机制构建的社会化进路

摘要
当前社会组织权力机制构建的重要任务就是社会组织权力的社会化过程,社会培育是为了建立扎实的社会组织权力的社会基础力量,社会购买是为了打通社会权力与国家权力的平等地位和交互渠道,社会权力是对于社会组织的活动与目标注入自我选择和社会对等互动的内在动力,而社会改革是在社会权力不断强大基础上,如何保证社会权力的健康持续发展,同时与其它社会主体建立良性互动关系。社会组织权力机制的社会化工程充满了系统性、全局性和整体性的布局考虑,每一个环节都是相互链接,相互影响。因此目前如何实现这一历史性问题的现实突破,需要一种同样基于社会深刻层次的选择性策略。这种策略我们总结为"权力的变移"。
The key to the construction of the power mechanism of current social organizations is the socialization process of the power of such social organizations. The social cultivation is the social foundation for the establishment of the power of a solid social organization.The social purchase is the channel for the equal status and interaction between the social power and the state power. Social power is the internal motive force for their self-selection and social interaction in equality. Social reform aims to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of social power on the basis of strong social power,and to establish a benign interaction with other social subjects. The socialization process of the power mechanism of current social organizations is full of systematic,holistic and holistic layout considerations,all links are inter-connected and inter-dependent. So the solution of this historic problem now relies on the choice of strategies deeply rooted in the society,which is summarized as "power shift".
