摘要
目的探讨运动、药物联合物理因子治疗脊髓损伤后骨质疏松症的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月我院收治的60例脊髓损伤后骨质疏松症患者,随机分为两组各30例。常规组采用运动和药物治疗,综合组采用运动、药物联合物理因子治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,综合组的腰椎L_1~L_4、股骨颈、粗隆区、 Ward's三角区的骨密度均明显高于常规组,血清骨钙素水平明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论药物、运动联合物理因子治疗脊髓损伤后骨质疏松症效果明显,可有效提升骨密度,促成骨生成。
        Objective To explore the effect of exercise, medicine combined with physical factor for the treatment of osteoporosis after spinal cord injury. Methods 60 cases of patients with osteoporosis after spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The routine group was treated with exercise and medicine, while the comprehensive group was treated with exercise, medicine combined with physical factor. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the bone mineral density in lumbar vertebrae L_1~ L_4, femoral neck, trochanteric region and Ward's triangular space of the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of the routine group, and the level of serum osteocalcin was significantly higher than that of routine group(P <0.05). Conclusions Exercise, medicine combined with physical factor for the treatment of osteoporosis after spinal cord injury has obvious efficacy, which can effectively increase bone density and promote bone formation.
