摘要
高校大数据平台建设是提高学校内部办事效率,提升教学质量的有效支撑。扫清技术障碍是高校大数据平台建设的前提,其中理清责任义务是关键。文章以教师职称晋升为例,深入挖掘阻碍大数据平台建设的主观动因。通过制度设计和机制创新,提高数据管理部门的责任与担当,解除数据管理部门的思想包袱;通过引入第三方数据管理和验证机构,实现部门力量整合,加速推进高校大数据平台的建设和推广。
The construction of big data platform in colleges and universities is an effective support for improving the internal work efficiency of teaching quality.Clearing out technical barriers is the premise of the construction of big data platform,and clarifying responsibilities and obligations is the key to motivate university data management.Taking the promotion of teachers' professional titles as an example,the subjective factors hindering the construction of big data platform are deeply explored.Through system design and mechanism innovation,the responsibility and ideological burden of the data management department is improved and relieved respectively.By introducing third-party data management and verification institutions,the integration of departments can be realized and the construction and promotion of big data platforms in colleges and universities can be accelerated.
