Objective To investigate the application of medical tissue adhesives combined with frontal muscle flap suturing and suturing technique in children's frontal trauma cosmetic suture. Methods 114 children with frontal injury were divided into two groups(the observation group and the control group) according to the random number table method. In the observation group, 61 patients were treated with a combination of medical tissue glue combined with frontal muscle flap reduction and suture. 53 patients in the control group were treated with 7-0 nylon thread suture. Postoperative clinical efficacy evaluation was mainly evaluated from three aspects, incision suture effect, incision healing effect and satisfaction rate. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of observation group were 100.00% and 85.25% respectively, which were significantly better than those of control group(86.79%, 54.72%), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. The rate of grade a healing was 100.00% in the observation group and that in the control group was 90.57%, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The medical tissue glue combined with frontal muscle flap tension-reduced suture technique is suitable for children's frontal trauma cosmetic suture.
