摘要
[目的/意义]经济新常态下,企业处于创新转型期,学会组织遗忘、管理好组织遗忘对企业的可持续发展尤为重要。[方法/过程]文章将组织遗忘分为战略性遗忘和阻碍性遗忘,提出了组织遗忘的"抛弃、过滤、耗损、漏掉"4种模式,并从知识吸收的过程探讨组织遗忘,指出知识获取、知识消化、知识转化和知识利用4个流程中均存在不同模式的组织遗忘,为组织遗忘理论和知识吸收理论做了有益补充。[结果/结论]研究得出组织遗忘管理的若干启示,为企业的管理实践提供借鉴。
        [Purpose/significance] Enterprises are in the period of innovation and transformation under the new normal of economy. Learning to manage organizational forgetting is particularly important for the sustainable development of enterprises. [Method/process] This paper divides organizational forgetting into strategic forgetting and obstructive forgetting,and puts forward four modes of organizational forgetting: abandonment,filtration,attrition and omitting. Then,the paper discusses organizational forgetting from the process of knowledge absorption,and points out that the four different modes of organizational forgetting all exist in knowledge acquisition,knowledge digestion,knowledge transformation and knowledge utilization,which make useful supplements for the organizational forgetting theory and knowledge absorption theory. [Result/conclusion] The paper obtains some enlightenments of organizational forgetting management,which provide references for enterprise management practice.
