CT诊断乙状结肠癌致肠梗阻的临床意义研究

摘要
目的探讨CT诊断乙状结肠癌致肠梗阻的临床意义研究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市友谊医院就诊的乙状结肠癌致肠梗阻患者60例,均进行影像学诊断,并对其结果与病理学诊断金标准进行对比。结果 60例患者经CT诊断后,结果表明准确率为88.33%,误诊率为11.67%,其和病理诊断相比差异不显著P>0.05。结论采用CT诊断乙状结肠癌致肠梗阻结果与病理检测相同,在术前可以进行CT诊断,提高手术有效率,降低风险的发生,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction in sigmoid colon cancer. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian friendship hospital of 60 patients with sigmoid colon cancer caused by intestinal obstruction, imaging diagnosis, and its result is compared with pathology diagnostic gold standard. Results After the CT diagnosis of 60 patients, the accuracy rate was 88.33%, the misdiagnosis rate was 11.67%, and the difference was not significant compared with the pathological diagnosis. Conclusion CT diagnosis of sigmoid colon cancer obstruction result and the same pathological detection, can in the preoperative CT diagnosis, improve operation efficiency, reduce the happening of the risk, is worth popularizing in clinical.
