摘要
<正>动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)是一种以广泛的动脉壁基质蛋白降解为特征的炎症性疾病,持续的炎症和重塑过程将最终破坏动脉壁。来自人类组织和临床前动物模型已经明确了半胱氨酸组织蛋白酶在细胞外基质(ECM)的重塑与动脉粥样硬化性心血管病变的发展密切相关。本文综述了近年来这一领域的研究进展,着重介绍
