龙骨对抗软骨细胞氧化损伤和坐骨神经损伤的研究

摘要
龙骨,临床用于治疗风湿性关节炎、跌打损伤、胃痛病等。本文主要研究龙骨对骨关节炎软骨细胞的氧化损伤可逆作用和促进受损伤神经组织功能修复方面的作用。采用低、中、高三组剂量,分别检测细胞内活性氧水平和细胞培养上清中NO、SOD和GSH-Px三种物质的含量。结果表明,NaNO_2和SOD测定的三组数据与模型组对比均有统计学差异。GSH-Px测定的中、高剂量组与模型组相比较有统计学差异。实验结果说明龙骨对骨关节炎软骨细胞的氧化损伤有可逆作用,对龙骨的成分含量有一定的要求范围。测定龙骨抗坐骨神经损伤,说明龙骨具有促进受损伤神经组织功能修复的作用。
        Fossil fragments are used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,traumatic injury,stomachache and so on. This paper mainly discusses the effects of fossil fragments on the reversibility of chondrocytes of osteoarthritis and the function of the repair of injured nerve tissue. The content of the three substances of NO,SOD and GSH-Px in the cell culture are detected by the low,medium and high doses. The results show that there are statistical differences between the data of the three groups detected by NaNO_2 and SOD and the model group,and there are statistical differences between the groups detected by medium and high doses with GSH-Px measurements and the model group,indicating that fossil fragments have a reversible effect on the treatment of oxidative injury of chondrocytes of osteoarthritis but has certain requirements for the range of contents. And the detection on the treatment of sciatic nerve injury shows that fossil fragments have a function in the repair of injured nerve tissue.
