经尿道前列腺汽化电切术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的效果对比分析

摘要
目的:比较经尿道前列腺汽化电切术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月,笔者所在医院进行前列腺手术的80例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采取经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗。统计分析两组患者手术前后进行生活质量评分和前列腺症状评分。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、尿管留置时间和住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后观察组患者的生活质量评分、前列腺症状评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者出现术后并发症的例数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺汽化电切术具有手术时间短、出血量少等优势,能够提升患者的生活质量,并改善患者的前列腺症状,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of transurethral vaporization electrotomy prostatae and transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,80 patients undergoing prostatectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate and the observation group was treated by transurethral vaporization electrotomy prostatae.Analyzed two groups of patients before and after surgery including quality of life scores and prostate symptoms score.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the patients in the observation group had a better quality of life score and prostate symptom score than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the number of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral vaporization of the prostate has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,which can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the symptoms of prostate,which is worth of further promotion and application.
