以护理结局为导向在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术围术期护理中的应用

摘要
目的观察以护理结局为导向在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者围术期的护理干预效果。方法选取本院2015年3月至2017年4月接受经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的前列腺增生患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组围术期采用以护理结局为导向的护理模式实施干预,对比两组术后疼痛、并发症发生率及出院前1d生活质量。结果观察组术后6、24、48h的VAS评分及术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);出院前1d,观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者围术期采用以护理结局为导向的模式,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of nursing outcome oriented nursing in perioperative transurethral electrovaporization of prostate. Methods Eighty patients with prostatic hyperplasia received transurethral electrovaporization of prostate from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given perioperative nursing outcome oriented nursing method. The postoperative pain, incidence of complications, quality of life at 1 d before discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of postoperative 6, 24, 48 h and total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life scores in the observation group at 1 d before discharge were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing outcome oriented nursing in patients with transurethral electrovaporization of prostate has significant clinical nursing effects.
