摘要

目的:探讨选择经尿道前列腺电切术治疗老年良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:收治老年良性前列腺增生患者100例。对照组选择传统开放手术方法治疗,观察组选择经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗。结果:观察组术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗老年良性前列腺增生,其术中失血量、手术时间以及住院时间显著减少,并发症发生率显著降低。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the elderly.Methods:100 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.The control group were treated with traditional open operation,and the observation group were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate.Results:The amount of blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time and incidence of disease in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of prostate has significant reduction in blood loss,operative time and hospitalization time in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the incidence of complications has reduced significantly.
