超声引导下闭孔神经阻滞研究现状

摘要
超声引导的外周神经阻滞具有高精准度和安全性等优点,广泛应用于下肢各类手术。由于其具有可视化的优点,能清晰辨认周围的解剖结构,为麻醉医生实行麻醉提供有价值的信息。闭孔神经阻滞可预防经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术中闭孔神经反射、缓解大腿内收肌痉挛及髋关节疼痛等,随着超声的不断发展,超声引导下闭孔神经阻滞研究越来越多,本文将闭孔神经解剖、闭孔神经阻滞适应症及超声引导下闭孔神经阻滞几方面作一概述,具有一定的临床应用价值。
