胶艾汤加减治疗黄体功能不全性经期延长的临床疗效

摘要
目的:分析胶艾汤加减治疗黄体功能不全性经期延长的临床疗效。方法 :选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的120例黄体功能不全性经期延长患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组口服地屈孕酮片(10 mg,bid)治疗,研究组给予胶艾汤加减(1剂/d,水煎,早晚服用)治疗。治疗3个月经周期,记录并比较两组基础体温曲线恢复率、疗效及不良反应情况。结果 :研究组基础体温曲线恢复率为75.00%,明显高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为1.67%,明显低于对照组的8.33%(P<0.05)。结论 :胶艾汤加减治疗黄体功能不全性经期延长疗效确切,可缩短行经时间,安全可靠。
Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of addition and subtraction therapy of ass-hide glue and argyi leaf decoction on menostaxis due to luteal insufficiency. Methods: 120 patients with menostaxis due to luteal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as subjects investigated and randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral dydrogesterone tablets(10 mg, bid), and the patients in the study group were given addition and subtraction therapy of ass-hide glue and argyi leaf decoction(1 dose/d, water decoction, taken in morning and evening). After 3 menstrual cycles, the recovery rate of the basal body temperature curve, efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results: The recovery rate of the basal body temperature curve in the study group was 75.00%, which was significantly higher than 33.33% in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.67%, which was significantly lower than 8.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Addition and subtraction therapy of ass-hide glue and argyi leaf decoction for the treatment of menostaxis due to luteal insufficiency is effective, and can shorten menstrual time, which is safe and reliable.
