新时代视阈下城乡一体化、土地集约利用与成渝经济区发展探讨

摘要
土地集约利用体现了全面、协调、可持续和实行统筹兼顾的发展思想,是新时代落实乡村振兴战略、调整经济结构、实现城乡一体和谐发展的必然要求。政府要因地制宜选择不同的农民集中居住模式,规范农村土地流转,发展适度规模经营的农业,加大土地污染防治力度,统筹规划城镇布局,走"富农进城"的道路,实现产业错位联动发展,以此推进成渝经济区土地集约利用,加速城乡一体化进程,实现成渝经济区统筹与协调发展。
The intensive use of land embodies the idea of comprehensive,coordinated,sustainable and integrated development,and it is the inevitable requirement of implementing the strategy of revitalization of the countryside,adjusting the economic structure and achieving the harmonious development of urban and rural areas in the new era. One should choose different patterns of concentrated settlement for farmers,regulate the rural land circulation,develop the appropriate scale of agriculture,strengthen the prevention and control of land pollution,plan the layout of cities and towns as a whole,take the road of "rich peasants going into the city"and promote the industrial linkage development,so as to advance the intensive use of land,accelerate the process of urban-rural integration and realize the overall and coordinated development in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone.
