摘要
为了降低铁路工程造价开销,提高铁路工程的环保性和建筑质量,提出一种基于环保约束和分段样本回归分析的铁路工程造价成本评估模型,实现智能铁路工程造价成本预测。以环保约束为代价,结合环保资金的投入、环保附属设施设备的建设投资、铁路工程的资源成本开销为控制变量,进行环保约束下的铁路工程造价控制目标函数构造,采用环保、质量、效率、成本的联合控制方法进行铁路工程造价成本的最优参量估计,根据各解释变量之间的贡献程度,进行造价的稳健性评估和资本回归分析,实现铁路工程造价模型优化。
        In order to reduce the cost of railway engineering and improve the environmental protection and construction quality of railway engineering, a cost assessment model based on environmental protection constraints and piecewise sample regression analysis was proposed. The cost forecast of intelligent railway project is realized. At the cost of environmental protection constraints, combined with the investment of environmental protection funds, the construction investment of environmental protection ancillary facilities and the cost of railway engineering resources as control variables, the objective function of railway project cost control under environmental protection constraints is constructed. The optimal parameters of railway engineering cost are estimated by using the joint control method of environmental protection, quality, efficiency and cost. According to the contribution degree of each explanatory variable, the cost stability evaluation and capital regression analysis are carried out. The optimization of railway engineering cost model is realized.
