摘要
针对配套落后、渗漏严重的农田土渠进行硬化的需求,对不同粉煤灰取代率的再生碎砖混凝土进行强度、和易性、抗渗性研究。对掺入不同附加水的再生碎砖混凝土进行强度与和易性试验,得到按照粗骨料80%~90%的吸水率掺入附加水的再生碎砖混凝土强度与和易性满足要求。试验结果表明:强度等级为C10的再生碎砖混凝土抗渗性随着粉煤灰取代率的增加先升高再降低,抗渗等级均可满足农田土渠硬化的要求,且具有较高的强度,和易性良好。最后通过经济性分析得出再生碎砖混凝土比普通混凝土的成本低10%左右,再生碎砖混凝土在农田土渠硬化工程中具有实际应用价值。
        To meet the demand of soil hardening of the backward and severe seepage of soil channel in farmland,the strength,workability and impermeability of recycled brickbat concrete with different fly ash substitution rate were studied.The strength and workability of the recycled brickbat concrete with different additional water was tested and the recycled brickbat concrete with the addition of 80%~90% water absorption of the coarse aggregate has the high strength and good workability.The results showed that the impermeability of recycled brickbat concrete with strength grade C10 firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of fly ash substitution rate.The impervious grade of the studied recycled brickbat concrete can meet the requirements of soil channel hardening in farmland.Finally,the economic analysis shows that the cost of recycled brick aggregate concrete is about 10%lower than that of ordinary concrete,and the recycled brick concrete has practical application value in the project of soil channel hardening in farmland.
