摘要
通过对鞍钢180 t转炉经济炉龄的分析,得出转炉最佳经济炉龄约为4 500炉,同时得出相应的炉衬维护方案,依据分析结果进行了工业实践。结果表明,在保证耐材成本最低化的同时,实际炉龄达到了4 401炉,耐材成本指数降低14.5%,全炉役复吹比率从27.3%提高到97.4%,平均碳氧积从0.003 0降低到0.002 4。
        By analyzing the economic campaign life of 180 t converter in Angang, the optimal economic campaign life is demonstrated to be about 4 500 heats and the corresponding mainte-nance plan for the converter lining is obtained. The industrial production practice based on the analytical results is carried out and the results show that on condition of the minimum cost for us-ing refractory materials, the actual campaign life is reached to 4 401 heats, the cost index for re-fractory materials is reduced by 14.5%, the combined blowing rate of the whole campaign life is increased to 97.4% from 27.3% and the average product of carbon content and oxygen content is reduced to 0.002 4 from 0.003 0.
