摘要
目的研究和优化《工作场所空气有毒物质测定第99部分:甲醛、乙醛和丁醛》(GBZ/T 300.99-2017)中的甲醛溶液吸收-酚试剂分光光度法的实验条件。方法分析实验中入射光波长,显色时间和溶液温度及标准溶液的配置对实验结果的影响并加以优化。结果该方法的定量下限为0.033μg,低于国标0.040μg的要求,定量测定范围为0.033~1.500μg,以采集3 L空气样品计,最低定量浓度为0.055 mg/m~3,低于国标0.070 mg/m~3的要求。结论该方法优化检测条件,确定了温度与时间之间的关系,明确了标准溶液配置方法 ,提高了准确度。该方法具有灵敏、准确、高效等优点,并可推广适用于其他用酚试剂法测定甲醛的环境。
        Objective To study and optimize the experimental conditions of formaldehyde solution absorption-phenol reagent spectrophotometry in "Determination of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplace Part 99:Formaldehyde,Acetaldehyde and Butyraldehyde"(GBZ/T 300.99-2017).Methods The effects of the wavelength of the incident light,the color development time and the solution temperature and the configuration of the standard solution on the experimental results were analyzed and optimized.Results The lower limit of quantification of this method was 0.033 μg,which was lower than the national standard of 0.040 μg.The quantitative determination range was 0.033~1.500μg.According to the collection of 3 L air sample, the minimum quantitative concentration was 0.055 mg/m~3,which was lower than the national standard of 0.070 mg/m~3.Conclusion This method optimizes the detection conditions,determines the relationship between temperature and time, clarifies the standard solution configuration method, and improves the accuracy.The method has the advantages of sensitivity,accuracy and high efficiency,and can also be promoted for other environments where formalde.hyde is determined by phenol reagent method.
