摘要
培养一批素质优良的潜力医师团队是医院保障医疗安全、提高医疗质量、长远可持续发展的重要工作。文章介绍了武义县第一人民医院推行潜力医师培养模式,建立较为完善的医院人才培养体系,基本上形成了人才梯队合理、门类齐全的医疗队伍,并对此进行了经验总结。
Training a group of potential physicians with excellent quality is an important work for hospitals to ensure medical safety,improve medical quality and achieve long-term sustainable development. This article introduces the experience of the First People's Hospital of Wuyi County in carrying out the potential physicians training project and establishing a relatively complete hospital personnel training system,which basically forms a reasonable and comprehensive medical team.
