全程优质护理对经皮肾穿刺活检术患者的效果分析

摘要
目的分析全程优质护理对经皮肾穿刺活检术患者的效果。方法将2016年1月～2017年12月在本院行肾穿刺术的92例患者随机分为2组,对照组46例行常规护理,研究组46例行入院、术前、术中、术后、出院的全程优质护理。比较2组术中配合程度、术后并发症、满意度。结果研究组患者在肾穿刺术中的配合度高于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,满意度高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程的优质护理能提高术中的配合度,减少术后并发症,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of whole-course quality nursing on patients receiving percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods A total of 92 patients who receiveed renal biopsy in our hospital between January 2016 and December 2017 were randomlydivided into 2 groups. 46 patients in the control group received regular nursing while the other 46 patients in the study group receivedthe whole-course quality nursing at the time of admission, preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative, and discharge.The degree ofintraoperative cooperation, postoperative complications, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the studygroup, the degree of cooperation in renal puncture was higher than that in the control group. The postoperative complications were lessthan the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of high quality nursing can improve the degree of intraoperative cooperation, reduce postoperativecomplications and improve the satisfaction of patients.
